Sabbia Beach Sets Yet Another Pompano Beach Record with Sale of Terrazza B Residence at $969 Per Square Foot

Breaking a Pompano Beach record and its own record, Sabbia Beach, the first ultra-luxury oceanfront residential development in Pompano Beach in almost a decade, is celebrating the sale of its Terrazza B residence, which recently sold for $969 per square foot. Achieving the highest sale price per square foot in Pompano Beach history, the residence sold for $3 million. The residence offers 3,095 square feet under air and a 3,750-square-foot terrace.

Previously, Sabbia Beach held the record for the highest price per-square-foot sale in Pompano Beach history with the $5.5 million or $934-per-square-foot sale of its Penthouse D.
