Update from February 28, 2018:

As you can see, we’ve already started importing the beautiful white sand. The pool is under construction and the interiors are in full swing.

Update from December 21, 2017:

What a View!! Spectacular!! And so is the “shaping” of Sabbia Beach. This view, taken from the neighboring Admiralty Towers, shows the Roof Level, 21 Levels up! The 100′ private beach can be seen seaward of the blue construction fence.

Upwards we go! 17th Floor last week, 18th Floor next week. Only 2 more Floors, and then the Roof. Even with the recent inclement weather, we are making good progress thanks to our general contractor, Verdex Construction, and their seasoned construction team.

Update from June 5, 2017:

The latest picture shown above, is of the west end of the 15th floor formed and awaiting concrete. The east end of the 16th floor is being formed and this half will be poured middle of next week. In the foreground, the personnel and material hoist, also known as the “buck hoist”, is being made ready for operation.

Update from May 16, 2017:

The latest picture shown below, reflects the 12th floor under construction with concrete being poured. Framing of the interior walls is underway and as you can see from the picture above, the “crash barrier” walls on the second and third floor parking levels are under construction.

Update from May 1, 2017:

We are currently on schedule, forming and pouring a floor every 7-8 working days. As indicated in the photo below, the 10th floor has been completed. Interior unit framing for the residences starting on the 4th floor will begin in early May followed shortly by windows and sliding glass doors.
