The financing is provided by Ocean Bank, the largest independent state chartered commercial bank headquartered in Florida.
Fernbrook Florida, LLLP is led by two leading international residential developers: Danny Salvatore, a principal and president/founder of Fernbrook Homes in Ontario, Canada and Federico Fernandez, CEO of Grupo Fernandez.
