BurgerFi, anyone? A swimwear store? These are proposed projects at a beachside site near Sabbia Beach.
Sabbia Beach is being created as part of a renaissance in Pompano Beach, which is transforming into a vibrant, sophisticated, multidimensional destination; the perfect place for those who want to shop, play, work and live on the ocean.
Tim Hernandez, principal of New Urban Communities, has proposed a 5,200-square-foot restaurant space with a 1,052-square-foot elevated deck at 275 N. Pompano Beach Boulevard, to the City of Pompano Beach Development Review Committee. It could include a BurgerFi and a Kilwins, as stated by the committee’s agenda.
Another project, a 6,300-square-foot retail space with a 1,052-square-foot elevated outdoor deck, also located at 275 N. Pompano Beach Boulevard, includes an Alvin’s Island. This is a swimwear brand based in Doral.
In addition, Hernandez is proposing two restaurants, the Pompano Beach House and Oceanic Oceanfront Dining, .2 mile away from 275 N. Pompano Beach Boulevard, anticipated to debut in September 2017.
Exciting dining and retail options are the perfect complements to the luxury living in the toes-in-the-sand style of Sabbia Beach.
