Over 200 Guests Attended Oct. 7 Grand Opening of Sales Gallery for Sabbia Beach, Pompano Beach’s Ultra-Luxury Oceanfront Residential Development

Pompano Beach Mayor Lamar Fisher and Other City Officials, Sabbia Beach Developers Among Attendees

Sabbia Beach, the first ultra-luxury “toes-in-the-sand” residential development in Pompano Beach in almost a decade, celebrated the grand opening of its sales gallery with an exclusive cocktail reception on Oct. 7. Among the over 200 guests were Pompano Beach Mayor Lamar Fisher and Pompano Beach City Commissioners Barry Dockswell and Barry Moss, as well as top influencers in the South Florida real estate community.

During the event, which offered a glimpse of the exquisite oceanfront oasis, Danny Salvatore and Federico Fernandez, principals of Sabbia Beach developer Fernbrook Florida LLLP, along with the project’s elite sales team, greeted guests as they stepped inside the impressive ultra-luxury boutique hideaway.

Amy Ballon and Lisa Whitaker, founders of Hemisphere Sales Group, which is spearheading the sales and marketing for Sabbia Beach, were also in attendance to greet guests and provide them with information.

While touring the new sales gallery and future Sabbia Beach site, guests sipped on cocktails and enjoyed a unique champagne display, which was uniquely presented in the sales center’s chic freestanding soaking bathtub.

After the tour, guests were entertained with live jazz music under the stars, at a tent adjacent to the sales gallery, overlooking the beach. Beautifully decorated with blue and white lights (Sabbia Beach’s signature colors), the outdoor venue featured a Sabbia Beach ice sculpture and refined spread of stationed and passed hors d’oeuvres, as well as delectable desserts. Upon their departure, guests enjoyed gourmet coffee and received Sabbia Beach gift bags.

The bright and airy 2,500-square-foot sales gallery replicates the elegant interiors of Sabbia Beach’s 68 residences. Large sliders open to an oceanfront 720-square-foot front deck and 750-square-foot back deck, emulating the residences’ expansive, oversized balconies, which will offer stunning views of the ocean, city or Intracoastal Waterway.

The gallery’s interior design is reflective of Sabbia Beach’s resort-style amenities, designed by Interiors by Steven G. Sabbia Beach is designed by renowned Miami firm Arquitectonica. Tropical landscaping, designed by ArquitectonicaGEO, works in harmony with the building’s organic form.

Sabbia Beach’s groundbreaking will commence in first quarter 2016, with estimated completion scheduled for last quarter 2017. The 19-story, 68-residence glass structure is situated on 200 linear feet of pristine South Florida shoreline, and offers two-, three- and four-bedroom residences priced from the low $900,000s to $3.5 million. Penthouses start at $5 million and offer double ceiling height.
