On Tuesday, Aug. 18, team members of Fernbrook Florida, LLLP’s Sabbia Beach, and Hemisphere Sales Group, the exclusive sales and marketing company representing Sabbia Beach, joined forces with local nonprofit Rebuilding Together Broward County to rehab a Pompano Beach home.

Pompano Beach Mayor Lamar Fisher attended the rehab, located at 2767 NW 4th Court. Ralph Banks, a 77-year-old U.S. veteran and 60-year Broward County resident, is the owner of the home. Banks is wheelchair bound and suffers from hypertension. He has lived in the home for 40 years, and currently resides with his daughter and three grandchildren.
