Sabbia Beach is Pompano Beach’s First Ultra-Luxury Residential Development in Almost a Decade
Pompano Beach, Florida — The $1 million, 2,500-square-foot sales gallery for Sabbia Beach, the first ultra-luxury “toes-in-the-sand” oceanfront residential development in Pompano Beach in almost a decade, was picked up and moved directly across the street with grace and ease at 4 a.m. on May 25. Reflecting developer Fernbrook Florida LLLP’s dedication to detail, the sales gallery was hoisted into the air, trailered and moved by Brownie Moving & Heavy Hauling to its new home across the street from where Sabbia Beach is being constructed. The sales gallery is now permanently located at 723 N. Ocean Blvd, Pompano Beach, Florida.
Not an item was disturbed in the move; without so much as removing a champagne flute from the cabinet, a plate from the drawers, or the crystal chandelier, everything within the sales gallery was perfectly in place when it arrived at its new location. Traffic was halted for only a short period of time during the move.
Approximately 60 feet long by 42 feet wide and 12 feet high, the sales gallery is valued in excess of $1 million, including the exterior renovation and treatment. The interior includes a model kitchen and master bath, along with the main greeting room, client conference room and sales associates’ offices.
The sales gallery’s three separate modular units were attached to be moved as one building. Each was constructed so that the units can be separated without affecting the interior partitions and electrical wiring.

Sabbia Beach broke ground on May 4, 2016; estimated completion is the second quarter of 2018. It is now 60 percent sold.
