Luxury Oceanfront Condos Planned in Pompano Beach

Sabbia Beach Featured in the Sun-Sentinel

A Canadian homebuilder announced plans March 9 for a 19-story condominium in Pompano Beach, one of the city’s first oceanfront high-rises in nearly a decade.

An affiliate of Ontario-based Fernbrook Homes says it will build the 72-unit Sabbia Beach at 730 N. Ocean Blvd., less than a mile north of the Pompano Beach pier.

The two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, featuring wrap-around balconies, will be priced from the low $900,000s to $1.75 million. Two penthouses will start at $5 million.
